If you own a LOMO 19A4, 19A10, 19A13, 19A18, or 19A19, you probably love your mic but hate the cable and connector. You might even be stuck with a connector that no longer works and have been unable to find a suitable replacement.
The original proprietary LOMO 7 pin connectors had no strain relief, which meant frequent disassembly and reassembly for repairs, eventually leading to failure. The 7 pin insert itself is common, but the threaded sleeve’s inner diameter and thread were specific to these microphones, making replacements difficult to find.
Your LOMO connector woes are over. We’ve designed and manufactured an improved machined aluminum connector that looks fantastic, is durable, and incorporates a 3D printed strain relief mechanism.
If you’ve ever had parts machined in small quantities, you know how expensive it gets. It’s outrageous. We made just 100 of these connectors, and the cost per connector is high. We’re charging as little as we can without losing our ass on these things.
